The role
Start at a local meeting point, load packages into your qualifying SUV or larger vehicle, and deliver on your route. Eligible business mileage is reimbursed.
What you’ll do
- Meet a Portnovo driver at a designated local meeting point, receive and load assigned packages, and complete the route using the Amazon delivery app.
- Safely operate your personal vehicle and use a smartphone for routing and customer information.
- Organize and deliver packages while following Portnovo safety and customer service procedures.
- Eligible business mileage from the meeting point and during the route is reimbursed; the commute from home is not.
What you’ll need
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license in the state of employment and authorization to work in the United States.
- Access to a qualifying compact SUV or larger vehicle with at least 35 cubic feet of cargo capacity; sedans are not eligible.
- Vehicle generally must be 10 years old or newer, maintained in safe condition, and pass inspection.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, GPS, and delivery apps; required training applies.
Schedule and benefits
Typically 4–5 hour daytime shifts.
